Project Summary
The project aims to enhance the cultural intelligence (CQ) of youth workers, enabling them to effectively support and engage young people from diverse backgrounds. It elevates the role of youth workers as inclusive leaders in promoting social cohesion and inclusion, ensuring long-term impact on inclusive and culturally competent youth work while increasing the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work.
