Cultivate CQ – Building Cultural Intelligence for Youth Workers within Diverse Communities

Objectives

The project aims to enhance the cultural intelligence (CQ) of youth workers, enabling them to effectively support and engage young people from diverse backgrounds. It also aims to elevate the role of youth workers as inclusive leaders in promoting social cohesion and inclusion. It ensures a long-term impact on inclusive and culturally competent youth work, while also increasing the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work.
